Teachers and educators are continually confronted with a high degree of social and emotional demands related to teaching: instructing & supporting a diverse range of students, ongoing planning, preparation & refinement of curriculum, and meeting outcomes & deadlines in an ever-changing environment. Because of the stress educators face on a daily basis, I have developed a special series called Mindfulness for Educators.*
*Please note: I recognize many occupations have inherent levels of stress. I can develop custom-design workplace series for non-educators as well. Just ask!

If you are an educator interested in bringing mindfulness into your life as a teacher, I will work with you to design a staff wellness program that fits your schedule and specific needs, and I will bring the program right to your classroom. Whether you are an administrator or a staff member, I can help you initiate a workshop series in your school through some very simple steps. The program is self-funded and affordable.
