There are many wonderful benefits to participating in group yoga or mindfulness classes. Sharing contemplative experiences together as a community encourages supportive, insightful practice and reflection. There may be a variety of reasons, however, to consider individual instruction. You may wish to explore private instruction if:
current class offerings and workshops do not fit your schedule
you have a desire to delve more deeply into certain practices or themes of mindfulness or yoga
you are experiencing challenges establishing or maintaining a home practice
you have personal limitations or health conditions that make individual instruction a more accessible option
I offer private instruction on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons. Sliding scale rate of $75-125 per session. Reduced "package pricing" available. Please contact me directly to discuss options, or schedule online.
