2021 February In-Service

This in-service was fully virtual due to the Pandemic. We still had a variety of topics and things for teachers to implement in their distance learning classes. This year there were lots of discussion that related to the Pandemic creating new scenarios.

Turning Videos into Engaging Learning Opportunities with Edpuzzle
Having Fun with Remote Learning - teacher presentation on engagement in the distance learning scenario.
Zoom Updates - lots of new updates are being pushed out to the increased demand of Zoom.
Remote Hands-On Teaching - teacher presentation on how to encourage more hands-on for interaction in the distance classroom.
Using Google Classroom as Blackboard - teacher presentation.
Networking & Discussions - networking with peers to discuss any topic that they were interested in. This includes tools, discipline issues, and pandemic related topics.
Appy Hour - This was a time for all attendees to give a shout-out of the apps that they found useful.
