You work for an estate agent. You are part of a work group whose assigned task is to sell a house to an American couple who is going to move to Britain with their three kids: two boys and a girl.

• • You are going to choose three houses of different types and in different locations to present to them. The houses must have the right facilities for the family. Don't forget

    • to describe the surroundings of the house, the services and means of transport available, etc.

    • to describe the house itself, its rooms, furniture and fittings.

  • Search for suitable houses and prepare a Powerpoint presentation for your customers.

Your presentation must be artistically organised and presented. It must also contain pieces of information from your research.
