Process
Step 1. Form a group and give it a name. All the group members must visit the same sites and read all the information provided.
Step 2. Choose 3 houses in 3 different locations and of different types to provide your clients with variety.
Step 3. Prepare a Powerpoint presentation with all the relevant information about the houses you chose.
Step 4. Study your presentation carefully in order to be fluent and convincing in front of your customers.
