(replaces Confused - if you see Confused, replace it with this)
You can’t make opportunity attacks or use your limited powers. Your next attack action will be a basic or at-will attack against at least one of your nearby allies, usually determined randomly. If you don’t have any nearby allies, you either do nothing much or, at the GM’s option, act in a strange confused manner that suits the story.
(replaces Stuck - if you see Stuck, replace it with this [GM discretion])
You can’t make Opportunity Attacks. Anyone engaged with you may pop free on their turn as a free action. If you wish to engage someone on your turn or interact with the environment (pull a lever, etc), you must make a Normal Save.
(replaces Dazed - if you see Dazed, replace it with this)
You take a –4 penalty to attacks.
(new)
A dazed character is limited to free actions and a single standard action per turn, although the character may use that action to perform a move, as usual. Stunned supersedes dazed.
(new)
A defenseless character does not add his level to his AC, PD, or MD. Monsters subtract their level from their defenses. If the condition applies to a specific defense, they are added to the name of the condition (Mentally Defenseless, Physically Defenseless, Unarmored).
(new)
You can’t move, disengage, pop free, change your position, or let anyone else move you without teleporting. You’re not otherwise penalized, necessarily.
(new)
The character is completely unaware of his surroundings, unable to make interaction or Perception checks or perform any action based on them. If the condition applies to a specific sense or senses, they are added to the name of the condition, such as visually unaware, tactilely unaware (or numb), and so forth. Subjects have full concealment from all of a character’s unaware senses.
