There are recommendations on my LinkedIn page from colleagues and friends I've developed along the way, and from time to time kudos come in at work.
This past year [2018] I believe Jenifer was committed to putting the organization in the best place it has been in many years. She made certain she was surrounded with board members who would challenge her as well as work together as a team in seeking out the needs for libraries across the state. Her focus on expanding marketing avenues and supporting the marketing committee in their efforts was key to the continued and expanded success of Tenn-Share.
Within major constraints for limited funding and staff, she is able to spread the message and organize successful programs.
She is creative, collaborative and productive, mindful of the needs of her collective membership.
She is the perfect "glass half full" person everyone needs on every project.
May 2012 - Jenifer is very personable and good with customer service and our staff and clients appreciated her assistance. She is always willing to help, going the extra mile if needed. Her organizational skills and ability to multi-task were also much valued. And she is very reliable and dependable. She embraced the spirit and mission of our agency and participated in agency events and volunteer assignments with dedication and compassion. Amy Walter, Volunteer Manager, Nashville CARES
April 2012 - This is an excerpt of a glowing recommendation from Dr. Black (linked below) - The offer that seemed to be too good to be true turned out to be far better than TPA could have ever dreamed possible, all due to the amazing work of Jenifer Grady. The project work product delivered to TPA was impressive, practical and extraordinarily useful. Baeteena Black, D. Ph., Executive Director, Tennessee Pharmacists Association.
March 2012 - I have had the opportunity to work with Jenifer Grady, MSLS, MBA, CAE, recently on a membership project for the Tennessee Pharmacist Association. I am so impressed with her thoroughness and desire to learn our type of non-profit. I highly recommend her for a director level position with any non-profit as she knows the ins and outs of running an organization, is an extremely effective communicator, and works well with others. Kamala Nola, Pharm. D., President-Elect, Tennessee Pharmacists Association.
March 2012 - Thank you for making the time to volunteer for USGBC Middle Tennessee. Your effort and talent are greatly appreciated. Your special attention to detail while keeping the goals in mind are invaluable skills for any role, especially for a non-profit. Any organization would be smart to choose to work with you. Megan McInnis, Executive Director, USGBCMidTN.com
I take special pride in the comments included in the attachments below, one of which is feedback from students I coached through a negotiation exercise in January 2011.
