PE 10: Fitness for Life

PE 10 emphasizes individual health and fitness. Students will develop an understanding of their own fitness levels and how to build on the current levels. Students will analyze their fitness levels, learn fitness concepts crucial to understanding total fitness, set fitness goals, and prepare and analyze personal fitness programs. Students will be expected to participate in fitness activities outside of class. Although of lesser emphasis, games and sports will also be a part of the class. DAY 1 LOCKS WILL BE HANDED OUT, BRING FITNESS CLOTHES DAY 2!
