"Distant Learning" Spring 2020
Students will workout 4 days a week for 30 minutes!
Students will complete 2 days of yoga
Students will have choice for the other 2 days of workouts.
Students will fill out the google form below after ALL 4 workouts are completed and submit by Sunday midnight for the previous week's work.

Course description (open grades 9-12): This class will meet your physical, emotional and social needs to be a healthier you! Group fitness will consist of Yoga, circuit training, strength bands, weight room workouts, cardio, walking, dance, core strength
workouts, pilates, and much more. We will also include conversations on:
building your self mental and physical health, social media, nutrition, stress management, and how fitness can give you confidence to be a better you!
