"Distant/Digital Learning" Spring 2020
Students will complete 4 days a week of 30 minutes of physical activity.
Students can pick any physical activity - Examples: cardio/strength/walks/outdoor activities/yoga/rollerblading etc.
Students will fill out the google form below after ALL 4 workouts/activity's are DONE and submit by Sunday midnight for the previous week's work.
After ALL 4 workouts are complete students
must record by Sunday midnight :
Our first week of digital learning is March 30- April 5
(so if we don't come back to school, you will do 4 workouts before April 5)

This course will give students the knowledge and experience in a number of leisure activities that they can perform throughout their lifetime in order to maintain a healthy lifestyle. This course will also expose students to the outside world and give them the knowledge and power to participate in activities outside of a school setting. The activities this course will offer are the activities that are currently popular all over the country, but will also offer activities that are unique to Minnesota’s climate. (open grades 10-12).
Lifetime Activities Final will be on finals day. Bring your chromebook or phone to research a lifetime activity.
