ConcurrentProgram:XLAACCUP - Create Accounting Program
Symptoms
Create Accounting fail with the following error:
An internal error has occurred in the program xla_accounting_engine_pkg.RunPAD. The AAD package is not valid in the database.Please Recompile the AAD and resubmit Accounting.
Cause
The AAD (Application Accounting Definition) package is not valid in the database.
Solution
To implement the solution, please execute the following steps::
1. Run adadmin - compile apps schema to compile all invalid objects.
2. Go into the responsibility: Oracle Payables > Navigate to Concurrent -> Requests ->Run.
Submit the concurrent program 'Validate Application Accounting Definitions' with the required
parameters to validate the application accounting definitions.
3. Re-run Create Accounting process and check the log of the Accounting program.
