Run xlabalupg.sql to use Update Subledger Accounting Balances program

FAACCPB: Create Accounting - Assets

SYMPTOMS

Running Create Accounting - Assets, the concurrent process errors out with the following details in the log file:

Balances upgrade script xlabalupg.sql has not been run.

Run xlabalupg.sql to use Update Subledger Accounting Balances program

Technical problem: Problem in submitting request for balance update

The Accounting Program failed to submit a request to update the balances. Please submit the request "Balances Update".

CAUSE

Profile: SLA Balances Parallel mode set to Yes/No

SOLUTION

Set the profile: SLA Balances Parallel mode to null and rerun.

SLA Balances Parallel mode profile:

Generally this profile should be set to 'Yes' or 'No' if one wants to use the balances program "Update Subledger Accounting Balances.". If no value is set for this profile option, then Create Accounting spawns the old balances program "Subledger Accounting Balances Update."
