Household electrical supply in Mauritius is 230V nominal, but if you're used to having one one plug that fits anywhere, you're in for a surprise. In terms of what you'll find screwed to the wall, Mauritius uses both the British and continental European styles of sockets, and most appliances you purchase at the store will come with one of those two plugs, however since moving here I've purchased a monitor that came with a Type I (Australia/China) power cable, with the guy at the store telling me to buy an adapter.
