A 2N3904 NPN BJT Transistor in a SOT-23 Package, Shown on 6.35mm (1/4") Graph Paper
In 1947, the world changed forever. The scientists at Bell Labs knew they had created something remarkable; but no one could have predicted what would happen over the course of fifty years. The transistor is arguably one of the most important devices ever invented. Without out the transistor, integrated circuits would not be possible. Personal computers would not be possible. The Cortex ARM8 processor that makes your iPhone tick contains over twenty million transistors. Technology changes everything.
Thanks for bearing with me while I get my site up to speed and put everything in order. Over the years I have been involved with a number of interesting projects, and have decided to make a conscious attempt to share some of my personal works in a coherent fashion.
In the mean time; there is a slight possibility that some useful information may be gleaned from my blog, which can be found at http://www.sillycircuits.blogspot.com/
