Tman hits the trail today leaving Ely. Tman's sister sent him a supply box for him to pick up next week.
Tman talked to his mom today at 7:30 AM. Tman was going out to breakfast with some of the trail clearing crew he meet. Tman said that there was a zipper in his sleeping bag by his feet that he did not zip and he got cold in the night.
I got 4 e-mails from the Swaanson Johston Trail Clearing Crew. They sent three pictures that will be up on the site tonight. They also sent the following message. We met Todd at the forestry service outpost in Ely as he prepared to begin his hiking adventure. Take one step at a time. Good luck Todd. Swanson Johston Trail Clearing Crew.
Jackie from the Northwind/redrock wilderness store e-mailed me that he was there at 2:00PM.
I'm not sure where that store is but at least he made it somewhere.
