Lyle and Tina will take up to two weeks of vacation a year and will try to give at least a two weeks notice. No family will be charged for days the daycare is closed due to illness or their vacation days.
Little Giggles Daycare will be closed for the following holidays:
* New Years Day
* Memorial Day
* 4th of July
* Labor Day
* Thanksgiving Day
* Day after Thanksgiving Day
* Christmas Eve
* Christmas Day
You WILL be charged for any holiday that lands on your child's scheduled day at daycare. If the holiday falls on a Saturday, Little Giggles Daycare may be closed on Friday. If the holiday lands on a Sunday, daycare may be closed on Monday. You will also be charged for these days off.
If there are times Tina needs to be absent for appointments, Lyle will care for the children by himself, but notice will be given of these times. The State of Iowa has completed a background check on Lyle and has allowed for him to care for all children at Little Giggles Daycare.

If your child will not be attending Little Giggles Daycare for any given time, prior notice must be given. If Lyle and Tina feels that this policy is being abused by any family, a fee of $10 per child will result due to failure to notify within 1/2 hour of your scheduled arrival time. This amount will be in addition to full payment of the time missed. Only exception will be for emergency situations only.
