The Miasmic Party Hat (g)
At this topic at Sal's, someone linked an RSOF topic where someone complained about not receiving a "Miasmic Party Hat (g)" from their Golden Cracker. This got me curious as to what exactly a Miasmic Party Hat (g) would look like, so I did a whole lot of 3D modelling in Blender until I ended up with this:
The hat's GE and inventory sprites - note that I also did a non-gold-trimmed version.

I tried putting it on my character, but the animation fails :(
At least it looks fairly good as a stillframe :p
Now, you may be wondering why I made it look like it does. If you don't see it, the swirls represent Miasmic Rush, the eight orbs floating around it are for Miasmic Blitz, the droplets of red are for Miasmic Burst, and Miasmic Barrage is represented by the electricity and the growing/shrinking ball of energy at the center.
More Zybez Fakes
You may remember seeing an earlier "community fake" below, where someone is resting on a beach. This is another "community fake" - a fake made by multiple people, spur-of-the-moment, on a topic that has nothing to do with faking. I added the text in the chatbox and the rightclick menu - it's bit little harder than it seems, since I had to blank out the previously-full chatbox. Note that our starting (unedited) picture was just a glitched guy... Er, with his junk in a box.
Although it's just an HTML edit (well, with the exception of the "Hot Forum Users" section), I enjoyed making it, and it's pretty funny in my opinion. It was in response to ninja sensie's topic at Zybez, where he did an HTML edit about anyone using Zybez's clan chat being banned - just a day after another edit saying Zybez finally has Platinum-level official fansite recognition. Aside from referencing both of those, I changed everything else in reference to the news articles that day (the Warped Floors update became "Another Sixty Floors", for example. You can look at the topic for what news articles really happened at that time), and screwed around with the messages to the right a bit :)
America
Someone who saw my Canada fake (see the last page) requested that I do America too. I decided to do it at 37%, because I was lazy that's the size I did the Canada fake at, although the maps still unfortunately don't fit together without some resizing. Note that I messed up the shading on my original Canada map, so this one is more accurate in terms of RS maps. It took ages, of course, because I chose to put most state capitals as well as other notable cities. I had to leave out some cities in the northeastern area, of course, because of space limitations. I also didn't do Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories since I was lazy again they aren't connected. Also, I didn't just place icons at random - I actually put a lot of thought into this and even hid some Easter eggs and references.
Blender Test Videos
Here are three test videos I have made while trying to learn Blender:
A very simple animation test which uses ROFL's incomplete Headquarters. All I did was move one object (the water), but I just wanted to see the basics of animation and exporting video from Blender.
Again, I used ROFL's HQ, this time to test an interesting lighting effect (unfortunately, it's too dark to see almost anything at all; this happened after I uploaded it to YouTube).
Just a weapon I modeled. It's supposed to be made of some crystal that's denser than diamond. Also, it's a magical weapon, which is why it looks really impractical and unstable - it's actually more durable than it looks due to the unusually dense material, and it's relatively lightweight in spite of the density because of its enchantment.
My progress learning Blender
I'm learning Blender, and here are some pics of my progress:
My character in wolf form. My first ever Blender model (er, not including that "robot" I made by copypasta'ing cubes >.<). I may try to improve some things later - mainly the rig, though.
The next models I worked on after that were for the headquarters of the Royal Omega Faker's Legion. So as to not be redundant, I'll just post a link here to the page where you can view pics of that.
Next are some models which are just about imperative for faking a custom RuneScape-like area:
Yep, trees. If you're wondering, first I got the texture with the help of the Orb of Oculus and a lot of erasing. But then, during a Google search, I stumbled upon what is apparently the actual texture file ripped from the cache or something. At least I could make my models just a bit more accurate :p
However, I could not find the willow texture, so I still had to go through that painstaking erasing process again:

And here's an aerial view of all the trees I've done so far (normal, pine, three dead variants, oak, three willow variants, maple, mahogany, yew, and eucalyptus):
I plan on releasing these as a public download, but when I do, you'll still have to give me credit for using them :p
Like the trees, I plan on releasing these bushes for public use in machinima works. Also, the redberry/cadava bushes were hell to make, taking almost as long as the large, curly dead tree in the previous pics - making branching things is not easy in Blender :/

Yes, I haven't stopped making levelups. This was for a topic where the owner of the account Summoning saw a bunch of other skills join his clan chat - but not everyone in his chat had a skill name, so I decided to fix that the only way I know how :p
Note that the stuff at the bottom shows the basic method I made the icon with.
Someone posted an old "leak" of a change to the prayer tab's icon which never happened. I decided I may as well make this in honor of the general "they keep making pointless changes" mentality shared between many of us RuneScape players.
Click for a larger version. The fake on the left was a massive, spontaneous, and unintended collaborational fake inspired by W13 (the Zybez admin). It involved taking an unusual cutscene out of context, and pretty much everything was added one-by-one by various forumers. The fake on the right is my version, which didn't add anything new, but I felt like redoing it from scratch (reusing only the base pic). Yes, I got lazy and didn't redo the beers, and did a crappy job with the umbrella :p
How Lucky are You?
Probably not as lucky as this recolor I randomly did on a Sal's topic :p
Making spur-of-the-moment fakes on Zybez can both be fun and a productive way to earn positive rep points
After Silvertaler made a tutorial on using the Dungeoneering Cape standard to make your own skillcape standards, I decided to try it out.
The above, with some effects.
A Zybez topic was made about how Stomp's attack seems like a shoop-da-whoop, so I decided to actually make him fire his laz0r. Easily the best fake I've made in under 20 minutes, even if I did break RS's graphical rules by blurring the beam and making it glow.

After a topic of a racist joke (the one said by Yx Flames Yx) got -13 rep, I decided to make a fake of what we'd see if he would scroll the chatbox down a little.
After someone made a topic about interesting RS-related search suggestions, I made the above fake... Don't ask what you get when you click it o.O
Someone stood next to a flame and got a Golden Godsword. I got bored and decided to make a Trippy Godsword :p
The original topic was "Ball in Godswords", and the sword originally only had one... Also, the poster's title is really "I eat Cake." Yes, I was in a dirty mood that day >.<
