I've given out many fake awards to fakers when they make great fakes. Here are all of the awards I have given out:
The first award I ever gave out was also the first fake I ever posted at Sal's (but not my first fake ever):

A rare case when someone makes a "perfect" fake, and gets bonus points to get rated 12/10 from me, when it's only their first fake
. It's the first Epic Fake Award I've ever given out (not including the first award I ever gave, because I didn't have an "Epic"/"Pwnage" award back then, and only gave it points when I decided my awards should be worth contest points):

You probably noticed a few things about my awards: they're unique to each person (and in a few cases, the item is related to the fake or faker), they all have a quest complete scroll, and the ribbons reflect the main reason they received the award. Well, maybe that last part wasn't so obvious, so here's a chart indicating what the ribbon color symbolizes in my awards, as well as ₧ awarded for various fake qualities:
So far, I haven't given any Interactive awards or Perfect awards (it must have a lot faked with still absolutely no flaws. So far, the only accuracy awards I've given are for relatively simple fakes).
Note that Improvement Certificates are not listed above, as they are not custom-made for the recipient like ordinary awards. Here is the generic Certificate of Improvement, with the people who have earned it:
