Room Hire Rates
Rooms are hired in 'sessions'.
There are three sessions per day: morning (9.00 am to 1.00pm)
afternoon (1.00 pm to 5.00 pm)
evening (6.00 pm to 10.00 pm)
Exact start and finish times should be entered on the Booking Form.
It is a Condition of Hire that a Booking Form is filled in and returned to the Bookings Coordinator at the Centre, before the day of hire.
Room Rates from 1st February to 31st July 2022:
Village Groups: Room 3 £22. Room 6 £18. Rooms 2, 4, & 5 £10.
Commercial Groups from £35 all rooms. All per session of 4 hours.
Kitchen Full Use: £8 Part Use: £4 (Full use includes ovens & hob)
Room Rates from 1st August 2022:
Village Groups: Room 3: £25. Room 6: £20. Room 4: £12. Room 5: £5 per hour.
Commercial Groups from £38 all rooms.
Parties in Room 3: £45 (If Rooms 2 or 4 are required as well, then it's +£10 per room).
All (except Room 5) per session of 4 hours.
Please Note: Room 5 is being let differently, experimenting with £5 an hour, because it is suitable for small groups & meetings. It will be the only room where the rent is flexible.
Kitchen Full Use: £10 Part Use: £5 (Full use includes ovens & hob)
Kitchen: Crockery & Cutlery always included. Part Use: excluding ovens & hob.
Full Use: including ovens & hob.
