Room Hire Rates

Rooms are hired in 'sessions'.

There are three sessions per day: morning (9.00 am to 1.00pm)

afternoon (1.00 pm to 5.00 pm)

evening (6.00 pm to 10.00 pm)

Exact start and finish times should be entered on the Booking Form.

It is a Condition of Hire that a Booking Form is filled in and returned to the Bookings Coordinator at the Centre, before the day of hire.

Village Groups: Room 3: £32 ~ Room 4: £16 ~ Room 6: £27

Room 2: £5 for village groups if rented with Room 3

All Rates (except Room 5) per session of 4 hours.

Room 5: £8 per hour

Please Note: Room 5 is let by the hour, because it is suitable for small groups & short meetings.

It is carpeted with a sofa, coffee tables and armchairs.

Commercial Groups from £48 all rooms. Parties in Room 3: £85

(Parties Only: If Room 4 is required as well, then it's +£10.)

Kitchen Full Use: £12 Part Use: £6 (Full use includes ovens & hob)

Plumbed in Lincat hot water boiler always included in both kitchen rates.

If set-up is required at weekends, then an extra £25 is payable.
