A Booking Form MUST be filled in to rent a room. Please also read the Conditions of Room Hire.
Before filling in the form, it is advisable to phone Jamie on our Bookings Line ( 01723 890893) to check availability.
Once the form has been filled in, please return it to the Community Centre.
Booking Forms are also available from Reception and there are some in the porch too. Post completed forms in the box in Reception or post through the letter box in the porch if the building is closed. This box (shown right) is also used to post your payment envelope on the day of hire.
