Busy as a Bee - Find out what the HSMN Education Committee has been up to since the beginning of the year. Starting with Vasant Panchami to Mahashivaratri HATS (Hindu American Temple School) kids have been busy learning all about our rich cultural heritage from the many Hindu traditions. Before long, we will be welcoming new kids as we have opened up the Student Registrations for the new 2021-2022 school year. New discussions on the Pravachans by prominent speakers are also posted on the Adult Discourses site. HSMN is also happy to give out Five Scholarships to deserving High School students.

With the new year come new beginnings! 2020 came with a unique set of challenges for everyone, along with an opportunity for growth, thinking outside the box, and trying new things. Here in the HSMN Education Committee, we had a great team of people that stepped up and found a way to not just survive but thrive.

With limited interruptions, most education services (Hindu American Temple School (HATS), Adult Pravachans, HSMN youth studies) were offered virtually since the beginning of the pandemic.

The resilience and dedication shown by volunteers, students, and parents in the various services offered by the Education Committee proved to be stronger than ever.

We want to sincerely thank everyone (volunteers, HSMN management, community members, students, parents) for all the hard work. HATS and HSMN Education Services continue to be a beacon in the Hindu community both in Minnesota and beyond. Want to feel engaged with the community? We're only a click away!
