Troubleshooting

1. The machine won't turn on ?

The machine's battery may be low. Be sure the plug is attached to an outlet. Press the Power button on the top left portion of the keyboard. If this does not work, look for the lighted green switch at the very bottom and backside of the ultrasound cart. Flip that switch off, and then back on.

2. My probe isn't working?

Remember that when the machine is plugged in, all probes are active and you simply have to switch between them. Find the 'fn' button (it also has a change probe sticker near it) and push it. On the screen, a box will appear that will display each probe type. Pick the proper probe (you can images of each probe, match accordingly). If the machine is not plugged in, look for where the probes insert into the machine. The bottom most port is the only active port when the machine is not plugged in. Switch the probes accordingly.

3. I need to use this machine and it won't work.
