ATP Co-Signature Process

FYI. Hopkins compliance mandates that ATPs have a doctor assigned that is working that day (charge doctor). Walt will be unable to fill out everyone else's orders.

1) When a patient comes in, the triage nurse will enter all orders under the charge doctor. (These orders temporarily fill the inbox of the charge doctor).

2) When the actual doctor picks up the patient, he/she will be prompted to cosign all ATP orders. When the orders are cosigned, the inbox of the charge doctor will be purged of those ATP orders

3) For LWBS, there will be no actual doctor so these orders will filter into the charge doctor's inbox.

JHH Compliance will no longer allow us to use a dummy doc (JHEMS).
