Yoga means union in Sanskrit language. Yoga was started around 5000 years back in India.
It was practiced by ancient rishi munis and was carried out till now. Now yoga has spread its fame to almost all country.

"Kriya yoga" is one of famous yoga which contains set of yoga which can bring immense change in a person’s life.

By yoga with mantra japa it is said that you can fly, disappear, you can live without air/water, you can generate fire and so on. This is only seen in Himalayan region yogis in India.
