Stress Management

What is stress?

When we are overloaded with pressure with something we feel stress. Stress is not physical it is a mental state.

Stress can happen when we need to face a challenge/threat/some activity etc.. for example we need to complete a job in time and out time is very less. The person feels that he can’t do it then he will be in a state of stress.
