What is weight loss?
Weight loss is reduction of body mass. It can be caused due to loss of fluid/fat/lean -mass/minerals in our body.
Body weight is lost due to some disease/workout/ improper diet (lack of nutrition)
Unintentional weight loss is cause mainly due to diseases. For example a person with HIV may alter metabolism rate which may lead to weight loss.
If you want to look young and thin, hang around old fat people.

Time management- eat your food at proper time and have a proper diet.
Use of home cooked food, low fat, low oil and eating of vegetables can reduce fat to a wide extend.
Drink lot of water for all body metabolisms
Exercise on daily basis. i.e.[ Gym/running/swimming/playing ball etc].
