A 23. OB-ét Tamásiban szervezte meg Lódi László, 2003.07.02-től 06-ig.
A versenyen 11-en indultunk. Volt jobb is, de jelen körülmények között
ez is elfogadható. A meleg és a küzdőszellem most sem hagyott el
bennünket. A végső győzelmet Sütő Péter szerezte meg, meggyőző 1,5
pontos előnnyel. Az őt követő négyes holtverseny tagjai helyezési
sorrendben: Lódi László, Gados László, Schenkerik Csaba, Bódor Sándor.
A hatodik helyet Péter István foglalta el.

A tandemversenyt a Sütő-Bódor kétbalkéz párosa nyerte.
A rapidversenyen Sütő Péter tarolt.
A villámversenyt Sütő Péter nyargalta leggyorsabban végig.
Sütő Péter imponáló biztonsággal terelte a hexasakktáblán a figurákat
ezen a versenyen. Megérdemli mindannyiunk gratulációját.

A verseny megnyitója előtt Polgár László is tiszteletét tette kedves
feleségével. Adtam neki egy hexasakk cd-ét, ő pedig megígérte, hogy
elküldi a hexasakkból fejlesztett csillagsakk programját tesztelésre,
amiről a helyszínen tartott egy kis bemutatót.
