Smoking pipeS
There was a time when I smoked. There was a time when I smoked a lot and made pipes and mouthpieces to make smoking even more enjoyable. True, there are very few of them left. I only have two in my hands - one whole and one half. Yes, my brother has another one in Libya and I present photos of this Libyan pipe (old black and white photo). I cut out the body of the tubes with a chisel. Inside there is a filter made of aircraft rivets. The transition is reinforced by a copper ring hidden inside the mouthpiece. Shellac coating. Perhaps that's all...

Fas. Actually, this pipe is not good, it is decorative....
The very fact that the head is made of yew, thousand-year-old yew, makes this pipe deadly for the smoker!
There will be an opportunity (hardly) I will definitely restore it... The plot is very interesting...
Overall the pipe is a masterpiece! An evil face holds a human skull in its teeth. It looked (as it seems to me now and what I, in principle, am convinced of) very, very good. The bad thing is that there is nothing left except this photo. I don't even remember what it's made of. Most likely - a fruit tree, a mouthpiece made of maple or hornbeam, and the transition part is also either maple or pear... Made between 1995 and 1997.
