ISFJ - The Spirit's Cooperative Organizer.

You embrace established groups of people with clearly defined purpose. Most churches fit this description, so you fit readily into church ministries as long as you haven’t been mistreated in the past. You quickly find a role where you sense you belong and fulfill it faithfully while gently encouraging other members to perform their duties the same way. You’re always willing to provide practical help when asked. People trust you to be on time and keep your promises. You like to stay on task with a detailed plan but you willingly change plans to accommodate unforeseen human needs, though you might feel frustrated because the need should have been foreseen and planned for. People hold top priority in your life making you a stalwart friend, but you have difficulty maintaining a large number of friendships. Choosing close friends who view the world a little differently will open your mind to deeper truths and balance your perspective of the world.

Guiding Scriptures: Ps. 143:8–10 and Col. 2:2, 4–5

“Let the morning bring me word of your unfailing love, for I have put my trust in you. Show me the way I should go, for to you I lift up my soul. Rescue me from my enemies, O LORD, for I hide myself in you. Teach me to do your will, for you are my God; may your good Spirit lead me on level ground.”

“My purpose is that they may be encouraged in heart and united in love, so that they may have the full riches of complete understanding, ... I tell you this so that no one may deceive you by fine-sounding arguments. For though I am absent from you in body, I am present with you in spirit and delight to see how orderly you are and how firm your faith in Christ is.”
