ESFJ - Ligaments of Unity.

The ligaments and tendons holding the body of Christ—the Church—together. You can unify church members, giving them clearly defined and consistent roles. You easily find productive roles for people and persistently encourage them to perform their duties faithfully and cooperatively. You get bored and impatient with abstract, theoretical discussion, but work diligently with others on tasks with practical application and concrete results. You make everyone feel good about completed tasks and accomplished goals. You ensure that the church’s goals focus on spiritual fruit to spread God’s love to real people in a concrete, tangible manner. In your eagerness to work for the good of others, be careful that you don’t assume you know what’s best for everyone. Respect each individual’s freedom, and you’ll avoid forcing what seems good to you on others who don’t share your perspective. When you get pushy you become a source of division rather than unity. Even when you make mistakes, you have the devotion to persevere and correct your errors, pleasing the Creator in the end.

Guiding Scriptures: 1 Peter 4:8–9 and 1 Cor. 10:33

8Above all, love each other deeply, because love covers over a multitude of sins. 9Offer hospitality to one another without grumbling.”

“... 33 even as I try to please everybody in every way ...I am not seeking my own good but the good of many, so that they may be saved.”
