You see far-reaching implications in every truth, and you try to pass them on to everyone, whether they choose to listen or not. You’re a visionary leader wherever you have influence. You naturally establish order over everything and everyone around you to move toward a better future. You have a high potential for influence, which can bring great good when tempered with humility and willingness to listen to others. Without humility and skillful listening, you have potential for being closed-minded, excessively critical, arrogant, and even aggressive. Naturally competitive, you want to lead people to victory and can be an effective motivator, but usually you prefer to give direction. You’re self-motivated and you prefer to work with others who are self-motivated. You have no patience with incompetence. You can see things that other people are slow to grasp. Extending your understanding to others can be very difficult and time consuming. When others simply trust your leadership, you can accomplish wonders. Your natural leadership and management capacity greatly enhance the likelihood of success when you’re in charge of a project.
