To create a player, any valid humanoid rig will do.
For setup to work correctly, a character model need to be of
the same size/height as default ( challenger ) model.
You can scale model in import settings ( adjust 'Scale
Factor' in 'Model' tab )
You can resize player after creation to better suit your needs.
There are 2 types of character: third person and top
down.
Third person type is fully implemented third person player
with weapons and all this package has to offer.
Top down is similar to the third person except for top-down
camera view and no ledge climbing.
Creation steps:
- import character model.
- make it humanoid
- drag it on the scene.
- resize it to the height of the default 'Challenger' model.
- click on 'Tools/Combat Framework/Third Person
Creator/Create Player' to open player creation window.
- choose a type of character ( Third Person, Top
Down )
- drag character model to the 'Character' field and fill other
stats as wished.
- at the end click 'Create' to finish.
