G.IjOE  features the WWII head sculpt (mine had the brown painted hair and brown eyes. I am not sure if there were Caucasian figures with other painted hair colours? ). There was also an African American G.ijOE that was available for this set. 

He is wearing a black commando jumpsuit with some black vinyl contrasting stripes. The right short sleeve has  a white background label (not very stealth-like) with red letters: "G.I. JOE"  and the left sleeve is long. Why does the uniform have a short sleeve and a long sleeve? 

The figure wore black tanker-style boots which was different from the usual balck molded lace-up boots that came with the Classic Collection G.I.jOEs 

He has black plastic left hand snap-on glove. What is with the big black glove? What is it's purpose? Communications? I guess that is left up to your imagination!  (NOTE: The glove was originally an Action Man accessory from the police-themed 1994 “Street Combat” set.)

He was armed with a red and black AK47-like assault rifle (maybe a bit too brightly coloured?) with missile launcher that fires a red projectile. If you didn't like  the bright red and black rifle, you could opt to use the black Hall of Fame (HOF) scoped assault rifle that came with Basic Training - Grunt or Basic Training - Heavy Duty for example. Or you can choose something else that you prefer.                

 He has a black communications headset with mic and a pair of metal dog tags: one inscribed: "GIJOE by Hasbro R" and the other inscribed: "The Adventures of GIJOE 2010" on a silver metal bead chain.
