In 2012, for the San Diego Comic Convention (SDCC), Sideshow Collectibles created an exclusive figure for the convention, a 1:6 scale Lieutenant Falcon.
He sold out rather quickly at both the convention and on-line at Sideshow Collectibles for US $ 134.99.
By the time I read about this release it was already out of stock and discontinued and only available through third party sellers such as eBay.

I missed out on the initial sale of this figure and the aftermarket price is more than I am ever willing to pay, so I created my poor man's version of LT. Falcon:
- A 1960`s G.I. jOE with brown painted hair;
- From the Hasbro 2003 Green Beret : Tiger stripe fatigue shirt and pants, jungle boots, web belt and .45 pistol and brown holster, green beret with flash;
- From Hasbro: green cloth web belt;
- From 21st Century Toys - The Ultimate Soldier: H harness, ARVN 2 pocket rucksack, M1956 M16 pouch (x2), M1956 .45 ammo pouch, ammo bandolier, first aid pouch, Ka-Bar knife with scabbard, M1956 canteen and cover (x2), smoke grenades (x2), grenades (x2), binoculars, claymore mine (x2), claymore mine shoulder pouch, strobe light pouch and M1 carbine rifle.
Also the 1967 Green Beret 4 pocket jacket, pants w 2 cargo pockets, neck scarf (DIY camo), green beret, dog tag (metal w bead chain),tall boots (brown), web belt (khaki) , .45 pistol. holster, wireless radio (green camo), grenades (grey x4) , M16 Rifle (w brown rifle butt marked JAPAN)
