Classic Collection G.I. jOE (either as an African American or a Caucasian with varied selection of hair and eye colours), 

light blue chambray with two flap pockets shirt and three (3) snaps, 

dark blue pants with two (2) snaps, 

tall black boots, 

white navy hat, 

Two (2) metal dog tags, 

black automatic rifle. 

 My G.I. jOE US NAVY Serviceman is the version with blonde hair and blue eyes. 

1995 GI jOE  NAVY SEAL - FAO SCHWARZ Exclusive 

 The NAVY SEAL set has a blonde G.I. jOE head sculpt and the Hall of Fame (HOF) type body.   This set also includes:  tiger stripe camouflage  uniform (shirt and pants), tall black boots, black fatigue hat, metal dog tag, black mission backpack, black web belt, 9 mm sidearm with black holster, black canteen and canteen cover, black boot knife and scabbard,  two (2) black hand grenades, black automatic rifle with silencer, and a motorized black plastic mission raft (Two (2) AA batteries not included).

 GI JOE U.S. NAVY SAILOR

This 2001 generic version of the U.S. Navy Sailor on a bubble card includes 

- light blue denim shirt with two pocket flaps;

- Dark blue dungarees;

- Black boots;

- Plastic white pork-pie hat;

- Silver metal dog tag.

NOTE: A weapon is not included.
