Internship guidelines :

Redaction of the Sanitary Control Plan (HACCP, GMP) for a fish wholesaler to get ISO 22000 certification

My missions :

• Writing of Quality documents and procedures linked to HACCP and ISO 22000 (fish and fishery products)
• Drafting of training documents
• HACCP/FMECA assessment (flow charts, hazards, Ishikawa; CCP, PRP, limits, measures...)
• Cold calling for water tests in cooling towers
• Replacement at the lab secretary
