Board Member Search

The Feld Hell Club is looking for members to take over the following duties. None of these jobs require more than one hour a week of your time, if that much, and you'll have a great opportunity to affect major club activities. Contact the Board with questions or to volunteer.

WEBMASTER duties

• Update the membership list once a week (provided by Larry N3LFC)

• Edit the scrolling banner on the home page

• Add/remove pages as required by the board

• Make improvements to the site as you see fit

CONTEST MANAGER duties

• Create the contests

  • • Decide on the theme (WAS, QRP, Zip Code, Gridloc #, etc...), scoring, and bonus points

    • Ensure there are no date/time conflicts with major contests (CQWW, RTTY, etc...) adjusting as necesssary

• Create the contest web page with description of rules

• Work with Tery (KD8GNC) on score submission form

• Create the certificates from templates and email to four winners of each Sprint (NA QRO, NA QRP, DX QRO, DX QRP)

AWARDS MANAGER duties

• Check award submissions for adherance to rules, checking for duplicate entries, etc...

• Create award certificate from templates

• Invent your own Award (subject to approval by the board) and design your own certificates
