All stakeholders will consider the "so what?" After a year of self-study which included the presentation of the problem, reading about the issues and about how others of approached it, collecting and analyzing data before and after the intervention, the planning and implementation of the interventions, the stakeholders must reflect and assess the efficacy of the entire process. What worked? What did not? Should we do it again? Should we add it to our regular practice? Did we solve the issue?

The leadership team will write the final report with collaborations and input from various stakeholders. Reports from each home group and focus groups will be collected and added to the final report.
