Like the previous data analysis, phase two is led by our focus groups. The same data set will be analyzed to determine the impact of the interventions that were implemented by the home groups. The home groups will determine individual department results and the focus groups will gather all the disparate results to determine any trends.
The focus groups will once again consider the data sets they examined in phase one to determine the impact of the interventions.
Again, the analysis effort will be led by the data guru and the Assessment and Accountability Focus Group.
