2026 Intermediate Band Notice Board

There will be NO Intermediate Band practices in 20th, 23rd and 27th July. The first practice will be on July 30th after school🎷🥁🎺 

Dear parents, Epping West Public School photo days are on Aug 12th and 13th 📷 !

The band has been assigned to have their photos taken at 8am on Thursday August 13th. Please bring along your instruments 🎺🎷🪈on that day (IB will have rehearsal in the afternoon anyway) with your full school uniform (no band uniform please) to the hall.

There will also be a K-2 assembly on August 24th which the Intermediate Band would be invited to show their instruments to the younger kids at school.

Ms Christine Pringle will be coming back for one time to do the introduction (which she did with the same group last year).

We would need one or two parent helpers who could stay for around 9:30am - 10:30am to help pack up (IB will have rehearsal on Mon morning anyway, they should set up the rehearsal on stage). Kids to not need to go back to classrooms when the bell rings, rather just stay for the whole school assembly.

Term 3 major event: ASBOF is on Aug 16th morning at Knox Grammar. It's not long away -- please mark your calendars and get ready for our next Gold Award🏆💪🏻

Ryde East Music Festival 2026-06-28

Our performance is at 12:10pm. Please arrive 1 hour earlier at Ryde East Public School for warm-ups.
Awards will be presented at 1pm.
The band coordinator (Rain) will take roll calls before and after the event.

Uniform Updates

Unfortunately the polo/jacket printing is having multiple delays. The printing shop contact person has had family issues, and their upstream supplier is also having delays. 

We might have to go to concert/performance in school uniform instead of band shirt.
