Wildlife Profile Set

Featured Profile Set for High School & Middle School Envirothon Teams

 To be studied by students in addition to the 30 standard animals. Students must know:

• ID essentials (track, scat, pelt, skull, picture, and preserved specimen) AND

• All elements of natural history

For the 2026-2027 year, the featured Profile Set of five species is: (set will change annually)

1. 1. Bird: Bald Eagle

   2. Reptile: Corn Snake

   3. Amphibian: Southern Leopard Frog

   4. Mammal: Carolina Northern Flying Squirrel (Federally/State Listed as Endangered)

   5. Mammal: Eastern Chipmunk
