Materials
There is no textbook for this class. We will use websites for most of our information. If you have a writing handbook from a previous class, it may be a useful resource. If you like to print web pages, you may want a folder to keep these print-outs organized.
Almost all of our writing will take place on computers, so computer access will be important. The school has one large computer lab and several smaller places where you can access computers, such as the library.
Important Note
Please be aware that all of your writing for this course may be shared publicly with other class members as part of the learning process. By remaining enrolled in the class, you are agreeing to have your work shared with other class members. You are also agreeing to share the work in your Final Portfolio with the English 900 Portfolio Committee at the end of the semester.
