Short Visit to USM Engineering Campus in Penang

On 17th January 2022, EMRG team had a short visit to Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) Engineering Campus located in Seberang Perai Selatan, Penang. Dr. Siti Harwani from Aerospace department had shown us around the Space System Laboratory and explained some of their research works.

Then, we were invited to see the MAGDAS magnetometer in USM. After that, some of the EMRG members had a discussion with Dr. Siti Harwani and her team about the MAGDAS projects while the other member collecting data for non-ionizing radiation (NIR) exposure level around USM.
