Weekly sprints should include:

  • Past

    • What we said the product would look like.

    • What we said we were going to do (tasks) versus what we did in the last week.

    • Who did what tasks.

    • Did we meet our dev. goals? Critique!

  • Present

    • Current state. Show demo!

    • What did playtesting tell us?

    • What did we learn?

    • What are we changing?

    • How are we doing?

  • Future

    • What the product will look like.

    • What are we going to do? (tasks)

    • Who is doing what tasks.

  • Sample Major categories to be covered, but not necessarily independently. Remember, you are building a cohesive product where each area supports the product vision.
