Simon is pretty short at 5'3" and fairly slight, which doees give him an advantage squeezing through tunnels in the arcologies, he's usually Wearing a grey jumpsuit that looks like a cross between a roadrasher (obvious padding and reinforcement around the knees, elbows, neck, back) and a set of utility overalls with pouches, clips and faded patches and insignia with a headband that looks like it has a clip for a torch. Simons got a square face and keeps his blond hair cropped short, since long hair + tunnels = ewww!
Simon is an Arcorunner
Don’t live in the Arcos-live through them! That means knowing how they work: where the best places to travel behind the scenes are, what to check out, and what to avoid. Tunneling skill is an implicit knowledge of any urban environment or structure:
where pipes and power lines run (Average),
how to locate secret access panels (Difficult),
crawlways and ventilator ducts you can move safely through (Average),
where alarms and monitors will be located (V. Difficult),
where (and how) power lines can be tapped into (Difficult),
and how to deactivate maintenance and guardian remotes (Difficult).
Simon is a Wizard!
Simon is always connected to the net, whether he likes it or not. He interacts with computers by talking to them with his thoughts, and he creates computer programs by thinking them into existence. The more intelligent the system, the harder it is for him to make it do anything except what it was meant to do. - Simple things like a cash register or a switch are really easy, alarms and door locks that have logic in them are harder, the expert system that controls the entrity of the arasaka building is really fucking hard and a sentient AI is pretty easy to have a chat with, but nearly impossible to force it to do anything.
Simon needs to eat every 12 hours or he loses connection.
