Laser Lass

Think Xena Warrior princess, but with lasers. The titular character is Maxine Maxillian, better known as Max to her friends, or Lazer Lass to the scourges of the world.

While sexual subtext and innuendo are everywhere, and sex has been implied between Max and almost all her co-stars, male and female, the show is almost unique in that all relationships have stayed as implied and Laser Lass has never done more than a kiss on the check or affectionate stroke on screen. When asked about this, a producer replied, "early on we decided that it was far more powerful for us to hint, and let you fill in Laser Lass' relationships yourself. Besides, this way, it could always be you that wins her laser powered heart".
