Armor - Armor provides a bonus to your physical Threshold, though it is heavy and restricts movement. The Maximum Dexterity number is a limit on the Dexterity you may apply to your Dodge Defense and attack rolls. The limit is before being halved for melee attack rolls. The Armor Check Penalty applies to all d20 rolls you make while wearing the armor. Medium and Heavy armors reduce a character's speed by one square while worn. Wearing layered armors (Such as a breast plate on top of a mail hauberk) reduces your speed by two squares. Proficiency in armor means that the armor check penalty only applies to Strength and Dexterity based skills.
Weapons - A weapon has a proficiency bonus it grants to attacks if you are proficient in it. The Armor Penetration (AP) of a weapon helps to pierce the Threshold bonus of armor. The range is the number of squares for the weapons range increment. The weapon's Threshold is its innate damage reduction for attacks against the weapon. Weapons are sorted into three categories (Exotic, Martial, and Simple). A weapon also grants extra damage on a critical hit (Listed as a number of d6s).
Item quality - Items come as Mundane, Inferior, Superior, and Mastercraft.
Costs - Costs are listed in silver pieces as the economy of the world is based on that coin.
