A nearly omnipotent deity who controls fate and destiny. After being named by the True Elves of the Second Age, his preferred avatar is that of a small Elven Cat. The capricious and independent nature of cats appealed to him, and the intelligence and capability of speech of the magical elven cats allowed him to pass as one without too much suspicion.
