Good Morning,

My name is Mike Yates and I am a collector of Studio Pottery. I currently live in Swindon, Wiltshire, though often visit Weymouth where my brother-in-law lives with his family.

I recently produced a couple of booklets about two local potteries - Ramsbury & Cricklade - which were active from just after the War until the mid '70's. If you would like to see copies of the Ramsbury & Cricklade booklets I would be more than happy to send you a couple of free copies.

I am now shifting my attention to the Weymouth Pottery which, as I am sure you know, was run by Leonard Stockley. If I can find enough material then I would like to produce something about this pottery.

However, if your members are already doing so, then I would not wish to tread on anybody's toes (so to speak). I would also like to ask you if any of your members knew Leonard Stockley and, if so, if they would be willing to talk to me.

I hope that this request will not take up too much of your time.
