Glenn Dobson
Mr. Dobson is the managing Partner at Dobson & Bennett IT Consulting and has extensive experience in managing complex, international, IT programs. Prior to forming Dobson & Bennett, Glenn was a Partner and practice lead at Ernst & Young. He held leadership positions with KPMG Consulting and other high technology companies. Glenn acquired broad-based IT skills in Systems Engineering and IT support as an Systems Analyst at in the United States Air Force.
Glenn's expertise is in improving service delivery capabilities and driving cost savings through IT Infrastructure for Fortune 500 companies around the world. He has a proven track record as an expert in shared services implementations and Data Center Operations, combined with call center technologies and ITIL processes. As a Program Manager, he delivered solutions that reduced client’s operation cost up to 50%. Glenn has managed project portfolios within the technology framework in excess of $35 million in size and staffs in excess of 200.
